Simple innovation Stages

Our usual process for innovating or inventing a product takes place in four simple stages:

Research and Appraisal Stage:

Collecting information to know your present and desired directions, your competition, your strength, and opportunities to stand out in your client’s minds.

Creative Processing Stage: Don Drew - stages of innovation

Creation of innovation and divergent ideas and solutions. Testing ideas.

Development Stage:

Where we visually represent one or more solutions, by creating drawings, or simple models of the most promising concept(s).

Pre-commercialization Stage:

Where we further develop the concept(s) creating working prototypes, if required, additional innovation fine-tuning and more involved testing and trouble-shooting

During each stage, we are in constant communication to update timing and status. The product development process can be cancelled at the end of any stage, for any reason.
